Receiving a massive 96/100 and these tasting notes...

"Green mango, apple skins, brine, lanolin and apricots. All classic chenin things. There is also cap gun, flint, garden mint and elderflower. On the palate the phenolics really create a plump, pillowy shape in the mouth. This is moving towards Saumur in style, I would be hard pressed to pick it as an Aussie. The phenolics are absolutely countersunk into the fruit in a very sleek way, the spices are flinty and savoury, but in no way cloud the purity of the fruit. A wonderful, nuanced wine.
